Adverse possession in Ohio?

I found an abandoned property in Ohio, and tried to locate the owner. Following an investigation, the owner was dead. According to the auditor, taxes are current and are being paid by a fellow real estate. forclosure in Texas and not auction or documents have been filed. The son of the man was an auction of goods through the Sherrif department., But when I called the bank listed on the ballot papers they did not know what was impromptu speaking, and do not seem to care. The whole situation looks bleak, because no one is playing on the property claim, so I think according to the law of adverse possession. I have to take care of it for 20 years. My question is how do I pay taxes on this property – I mean that only go to the auditor's office and tell them upfront that I am claiming that under adverse possession and wants to pay future taxes on it?
